Fluxx Grants, Contracts, and Fellowships Management

Management of RFP development documenting functional systems process and technical requirements including vendor instructions for a new Grants Administration, Contracts, and Fellowship Management system. Solution selection included Vendor Management directing all communications and solution evaluation. Directed system implementation including process improvements to workflows, systems integrations, risk management, and leadership communications.

Business Process Approval Redesign

Continuous improvement project for a grant management approval process following Lean methodology to reduce application to approval workflow from 180 to 60 business days. Scope of work included identification and testing new methods of conducting work eliminating 120 days from the workflow.

SAP Concur Expense

Implementation of the SaaS Concur Expense module delivering new software application integrated with SAP for completion of travel requests and simplification of expense reports managing project scope, issues, and risks.

Content Management Systems Fit-Gap Analysis

Conducted a fit/gap analysis of several Content Management Systems through the elicitation and documentation of stakeholder requirements, market research on CMS solution options, and development of a summary recommendation based on the research.

SAP Concur Purchase Card Conversion

SaaS Purchase Card conversion to sync user purchase card transactions with SAP for streamlined expense reporting based on pre-defined dollar thresholds, automation of fiscal review workflow and approval process, and accounting reconciliation.

Workday Recruiting

Management of a Workday Recruiting module Testing engagement. Testing plan management included script/scenario development and execution, issues management, and test cycle approvals.
