About Our Founder Connie Wyatt


As the President of S.A.I.D. Strategy Group Incorporated, Connie Wyatt has been helping teams reach their goals in project management and business analysis for over 20 years. A certified Project Management Professional and Professional in Business Analysis (PMP® and PMI-PBA®), she has led projects focusing on new business initiatives, technology hardware and platform deployments, software application development, and business process redesign. Her ability to build collaborative relationships working with clients helps her drive projects forward directing business analysis, application design and development, production deployments, and Lean methodology continuous improvement. Connie has assisted organizations in PMO implementations developing tools, templates, process, and plan to create the desired project culture. She has also conducted project portfolio management including project prioritization communicating key project performance indicators including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. As a thought leader in the industry, Connie is a contributing author of the book “The Keys to Our Success – 2nd Edition, Lessons Learned from 29 of Our Best Project Managers”. Connie has her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Certificate in Project Management Strategy from The University of Chicago, a Certificate in Customer Relationship Management from DePaul University, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Harold Washington College.

Strategy in 2014 under the guiding principles of integrity, quality, and dedication to excellence, Connie has grown the company to become a recognized nationwide consulting partner with the innate ability to deliver solutions, answers, and ideas to the most challenging questions. S.A.I.D. Strategy has worked in the philanthropy, higher education, and financial services industries. As project problem solvers, Connie leads her experienced, certified workforce to develop collaborative project teams driving engagements forward and building lasting relationships with their clients.
